The Dog and Gun Public House is situated in Carlton Miniott, just a couple of miles west of Thirsk, presented by Nigel and Dawn Pattinson who also run the recently acquired Forresters Arms Inn at Kilburn.

We offer many traditional pub facilities such as Pool, Darts and Cask Ales.

Our main restaurant is situated to the rear in a large room which also doubles as a perfect function room for weddings, meetings, parties and discos.

The Dog and Gun also has a very large Car Park to the rear which has a designated ‘green’ space for Caravan and Motor-home overnight camping with electric hook-ups.
